Bangalore girl to act in Tamil Movie
Bangalore, 2013: She can’t see the world. But world will look at her. Its true, Nandini 20 year young girl a beneficiary of Samarthanam trust for disabled didn’t see the world how it is. But now Nandini is the talk of the topic.
Nandini is a Visually Impaired girl and was selected to act in forth coming Tamil Film. It’s her debut movie titled ‘’Kukko’’. The movie will be directed by Raju Murugadas, who worked under well known Tamil director Linguswamy under the banner of Fox Star Studio. The story of Kukko is based on real life of Visually Impaired person’s success, struggle and challenges, a story with positive. Nandini will play a second lead role a close pal of heroine as a college going students with good sense of humor and positive attitude who wants to became a professor.
Speaking about the film Nandini excited.I am grateful to the organization for not only taking care of my academic career but also identifying my hidden talent to showcase in the screen. Also privileged to be a part of the recently released Tamil hit called Vathi Kutchi produced by Murugadass Production in association with Fox Star Studio and the biggest hit called “Engayum Ephodum” .Now Kukko is also produced under the same banner of Fox Star studio.
G.K. Mahantesh, Managing trustee of Samarthanam is very happy about the opportunity grabbed by Nandini. He said, “opportunities like this are huge social changing efforts. I am confident of our Nandini’s performance as she would give her best and fit aptly to the role.’’
The shooting is schedule from July end to August 30 days, Hero Ganesh & the talks are on with south actress Lakshmi Menon, who’s latest hit was “Kumki”
