Aakrutii is a new Original swamake television serial

Karnataka : August 19th 2020. Aakrutii is a new Original (swamake) television serial. It will start on Udaya TV from 24th August. It will be on air every Monday to Friday at 9:30pm.

It is a suspense horror/thriller series. Chaitra is an established dancer who has in the recent times dedicated her life to taking care of her children – Divya (19) and Sujay (9). Divya is well read, independent and ambitious. Divya has a natural talent for dance. Chaitra’s husband Prajwal is a self made man. He is the Chairman and CEO of an established company.

Prajwal decides to buy a 200 year old bungalow in Malenadu. He feels it will be a perfect weekend getaway for him and his family compared to the noise and pollution of Bangalore. The Malenadu Bungalow is in the middle of a 6 acre farm which also has a huge tree. The locals have various legends about the tree.

After Prajwal buys the Bungalow, strange things happen to him and his family. And everything is connected to the Bungalow and the tree.
