Indian Blind Cricket Coach bags REX Karmaveer Global Fellowship Award
December 2nd 2016: The very versatile & spontaneous Lt. Patrick Rajkumar, Indian Blind Cricket Coach was felicitated with the prestigious Award the REX Karmaveer Global Fellowship and Karmaveer Chakra for his commendable work for the society in Gurgaon at the exclusive awards function which is a part of “iCONGO’s REX Conclave, held on 25th, 26th and 27th of November 2016.
Patrick is a Gold Medallist and a Professor with 19 years of teaching experience in reputed private, professional and Government Colleges. He is a trained speaker and an educator who has presented papers at national and international forums, with representation in Boards of educational agencies at both State and National level; an award winning Coach of India’s Blind Cricket Team, the winners of T20 World Cup; a life skills coach and Counsellor, and social activist. As a socially concerned citizen, he is an active Member of a local area development group called “Chinnapanahalli Rising”, Bangalore which is in the heart of the city’s IT corridor. He also trains and supports a youth group, “Catalyst” and coordinates its activities in Bangalore. He has also donated blood to the needy several times. Apart from these, he is also an avid Gardener and very passionate about counselling people. His experience as a trained speaker at national and international forums, educator, trainer, life skills and sports coach, has proved to be useful to be a Counsellor where he can make a real and visible difference to people who are confused about life and in need of some practical advice.
