Speaking at the launch, SANVI Director Ajay said, “Our offerings are a reflection of our continuing commitment to offer customers green spaces that are a balanced synergy of attractive returns in the near and long run with an underlying satisfaction of doing their bit for the environment. The advent of covid has stirred interests among the urban populace in farming. Our SANVI Sandalwood Sanctuary is a simple, risk free and profitable programme and it is perfect for those looking to engage in agriculture but don’t have the knowledge, capacity or time to execute their agriculture desires”.
Each farmland is a minimum 10,000 sft land area where 70 per cent of space will be earmarked for sandalwood cultivation. Buyers can earn income from it. Apart from it, a sustainable fruit forest has been created with over 300 varieties of fruit bearing trees spread over an area of 2 acres.
As a promotion, the developers also came up with indigenous idea of a lucky draw where buyers have a chance of winning a free farmhouse every month.
